Documentation Required to Create the Change in Phases Between Active Care and Wellness Care
The course covers how proper case creation allows for doctors to show that patients have moved between phases of care in order to accurately report exactly where a patient is in their care. This process helps doctors to reduce coding problems and risk management issues that are created by the use of continual wellness care without taking into account the patient’s true condition because the true nature of the condition was not documented correctly.
